- IPC-620, J-STD-001, or related certifications or training
- 3+ years of experience in electrical technician work
- 5+ years of hands on electronic hardware experience related to technician, quality, manufacturing, or other related work
- Proficiency with soldering irons, crimpers, polymerics, and basic electronic test equipment
- Proficiency reading PCBA drawings, harness drawings, and other related data packages
- Demonstrated success working in a dynamic environment
- Build flight and EGSE harnesses to IPC and/or SAE standards
- Inspection and test/ringout of harnesses made by other technicians or suppliers
- PCB component soldering and rework for both flight and EGSE hardware to IPC standards
- Inspection of new PCBs for manufacturing quality
- Help guide evolution of engineering practices related to harness and PCB design and manufacturing
- Support other engineering teams as needed
