Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role, preferably within the technology industry and aligned to partners and the channel
  • Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Azure, cloud computing, virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), and related technologies
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience in delivering technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-value engagements to potential customers
  • Solid understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, networking, and security principles
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships with peers and C-Suite executives and maintain a high level of customer service at all times
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales enablement tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a sales team and engage in effective cross-functional collaboration
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a proactive approach to learning and staying updated on industry trends while constantly looking for ways to improve both product and process
  • Implementation of the best practices and principals of the MEDDPICC process to accelerate the technical validation process
  • Fluency in languages beyond English (German, French, Spanish, Portuguese in particular) is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Work alongside the Partner Development Manager (PDM) to own the enablement plan for our Partners to help them over-achieve on their resell business objectives and commitments
  • Enable and assist our Partners on the development and delivery of Nerdio product demonstrations to prospective customers and existing customers
  • Enable and assist our Partners in their ability to design, implement and manage Nerdio implementations, ensuring they exceed the requirements of their customers
  • Enable and assist our Partners to provide customer implementation and support during proof of value and evaluations
  • Perform ongoing technical analysis and enablement of the Partners in region to ensure they stay up-to-speed on the latest developments within the Nerdio platform
  • Alongside the PDM, assist and enable the Partners' sales teams with product information, opportunity management and customer calls
  • Be knowledgeable of the Nerdio platform, internal sales tools, methodologies, the marketplace and competitors
  • Be the first point of contact for any Partners that are our strategic managed partners, who may also want and need periodic onsite technical training or workshops via presentations and/or live labs.
