- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the water or wastewater sector
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- PMP certification or similar would be an advantage
- Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all objectives are met and deliverables are achieved
- Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource requirements
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as necessary
- Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with contractual obligations and customer requirements
- Liaise with customers, internal teams, and third-party suppliers to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Maintain a strong understanding of the water or wastewater sector and related technologies and solutions
- Identify and pursue opportunities to grow the business through the development of new projects and customers
- Manage project budgets and financials, including the identification and management of variances and risks
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety requirements
