Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the water or wastewater sector
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • PMP certification or similar would be an advantage
Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all objectives are met and deliverables are achieved
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource requirements
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as necessary
  • Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with contractual obligations and customer requirements
  • Liaise with customers, internal teams, and third-party suppliers to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the water or wastewater sector and related technologies and solutions
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to grow the business through the development of new projects and customers
  • Manage project budgets and financials, including the identification and management of variances and risks
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety requirements
