Requirements
- 4+ years in an SEO, Digital PR or Outreach role with at least 2 years of focussed linkbuilding experience
- Proven track record of building links for a range of niches
- Demonstrates a range of linkbuilding tactics or strategies
- Skills in backlink analysis
- Experience with linkbuilding tools such as ahrefs, Majestic SEO, Pi Datametrics, Moz
- Ability to work with journalists to gain links from national newspapers and magazines
- Track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets
- Ability to take initiative and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Design skills desired

Responsibilities
- Develop tactics and strategies to successfully acquire brand mentions and links for a variety of niches
- Strategise, coordinate, build, execute, monitor, report, and analyse link building campaigns for our portfolio
- Use a wide range of linkbuiding techniques to achieve ranking goals
- Conduct research and analysis that will ladder up into great campaigns
- Work with the content team to create link-worthy content
- To contact and build relationships with other websites and blog owners on behalf of our clients
- To stay abreast of new link building strategies and regularly contribute new tactics and ideas to the team
- To communicate effectively and consistently via email, telephone, and social media to optimise your link placement rates
- Competitive Analysis: Research and analyse competitor websites and the link building approach
- Define linkbuilding KPIs and report on their success
- Work with agencies to support your efforts
