Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience designing and shipping digital experiences on mobile and web.

Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and define elegant solutions to problems, both big and small.
  • Translate abstract ideas into concrete solutions, working end-to-end throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Design, prototype, test, and iterate on new features and products at the right level of fidelity for launch, pilots, experiments, and optimization efforts.
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners in Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure CLEAR is building the right solutions that address the highest-order needs of both our business and users.
  • Have a consumer-centered approach to design, conducting research, and utilizing data to inform decisions and optimize product performance.
  • Effectively communicate your ideas with openness to feedback and alternative viewpoints.
  • Create best-in-class UX/UI and help maintain design libraries and patterns, familiar with creating or using design systems.
  • Produce and spec elegant, usable, and responsive UI to high-fidelity deliverables for development within known tech constraints.
