PC Connection shares fall 6% in month as valuation sits below analyst estimates

PC Connection's shares have declined 2.4% over one day and 6.3% over the past month, though the company maintains a roughly flat year-to-date return and positive multi-year shareholder returns. The stock currently trades at a price-to-earnings ratio of 17.2x. The valuation sits above PC Connection's peer average of 15.1x but below the broader US Electronic industry average of 28.8x and an estimated fair P/E of 19.7x. The company has delivered 6.8% annual profit growth over five years and is expected to continue growing, though earnings fell over the past year. The mixed performance and moderate valuation have drawn attention from investors assessing whether recent share price weakness presents a buying opportunity or reflects market caution about near-term performance.
