Flywire Corporation, a global digital payment platform serving education, travel and healthcare sectors, has been highlighted by Morgan Stanley as a buying opportunity amid market weakness. The company operates across 240 countries and territories, supporting over 140 currencies for more than 4,900 clients. Morgan Stanley chief US equity strategist Mike Wilson suggests the S&P 500 could trade towards 6,300 by early April before a fundamental recovery takes hold. Whilst acknowledging near-term headwinds from geopolitical tensions and tightening liquidity, Wilson maintains a longer-term positive outlook and advises investors to prepare shopping lists. Flywire recently acquired Sertifi, a cloud-based electronic signature platform, for $330 million. The acquisition contributed $14.2 million in revenue during the fourth quarter of 2025.
Flywire has reported fourth-quarter 2025 sales of $157.54 million and full-year sales of $623.03 million, with net income improving to $13.5 million. The payments platform company issued upbeat 2026 guidance, projecting foreign exchange-neutral revenue growth of 26% to 30%. The company, which operates across education, healthcare and travel sectors, is scheduled to present at Raymond James and Morgan Stanley investor conferences. Management will address margins and vertical mix against growth targets. Flywire's narrative projects $817 million revenue and $102.1 million earnings by 2028, requiring 14.8% yearly revenue growth. However, investors should note that regulatory scrutiny and compliance costs could impact profitability. Analyst estimates for 2028 revenue vary significantly, ranging from $773.5 million to higher projections.
Flywire, a global payments company, saw its shares jump 10.1% after reporting fourth-quarter results that exceeded Wall Street expectations. Adjusted EBITDA of $25.4 million came in nearly 10% ahead of consensus estimates. The strong performance across both revenue and profitability metrics drove positive investor sentiment. Despite the gains, Flywire shares remain down 10.6% year-to-date and are trading 29.6% below their 52-week high of $17.64 from February 2025. The stock has experienced significant volatility, with 12 moves greater than 5% over the past year.
