Partnership Strengthens Flash's Connected Platform for Commercial Property Owners with Enterprise-Grade EV Charging Infrastructure Built for the Future of Parking and Mobility Austin, Texas - June 8, 2026 - Flash, the only mobility technology company connecting property owners, operators, and drivers, has selected EVPassport as its preferred EV charging solution. The partnership strengthens Flash's ability to offer property owners a more comprehensive parking and mobility platform by bringing EVPassport's EV charging infrastructure to Flash's network of more than 17,000 connected locations across North America. As asset owners increasingly look to unify parking, access, payments, digital demand, and EV charging into a single operating strategy, Flash is continuing to expand its ecosystem with technologies that improve asset performance while supporting the future of mobility. EV charging is progressively becoming an important amenity and infrastructure layer across commercial real estate, mixed-use properties, hospitality, multifamily, and other asset classes served by Flash. "Flash has built a comprehensive platform designed to help owners manage every part of the parking and mobility experience," said Chris Donus, CEO of Flash. "Adding EVPassport as our preferred EV charging solution strengthens that offering even further, allowing us to deliver another important layer of infrastructure through a partner that shares our focus on performance, reliability, and long-term value." EVPassport is one of the country's fastest-growing EV charging networks, offering capital-covered charging solutions, 24/7 support, broad deployment capabilities, and over 99% charger uptime. Its platform is well suited to the same asset classes Flash serves, including multifamily, hospitality, and workplace environments. "Flash Parking is the respected leader and technology innovator in the parking sector, and we are delighted to become its preferred EV charging solution," said Robert René, Chief Executive Officer of EVPassport. "This is all about providing the best quality and service to enterprise customers across the country, and to continue developing the kinds of seamless experiences that customers increasingly demand." The partnership reflects Flash's broader strategy of delivering a comprehensive ecosystem across every stage of the parking and mobility journey. Flash's technology spans access control, license plate recognition, digital payments, enforcement, valet, analytics, demand generation, and EV charging. By expanding its EV charging capabilities through EVPassport, Flash is further strengthening its role as a long-term infrastructure and technology partner to owners as parking, mobility, and arrival expectations continue to evolve. Flash has transformed the parking experience for customers, operators, and owners nationwide, having deployed solutions for the Miami Design District, City of Las Vegas, Denver International Airport, SoFi Stadium, and the Texas Medical Center. About Flash Flash is a mobility technology company that connects real estate owners, parking operators, and drivers through a single, cloud-native ecosystem.
