Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience as a strategic HR Business Partner
  • Experience with supporting GTM organizations and experience in sales compensation plans
  • You have a strong business acumen and understand the organization's operations. You approach problem solving from a business-first perspective
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to coach, influence, and partner with various levels of employees
  • You are passionate about cross functional collaboration across teams within and outside of the People Team
  • Proven experience in coaching and driving business leaders and the teams through organizational transformations
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity and can pull relevant components out of complex situations to connect the dots and make sound decisions
  • Comfortable with data and using data to provide insights to help guide and influence business decisions
  • Bias for action, strong work ethic, and desire to achieve excellence
Responsibilities
  • As the Go-To-Market (GTM) Business Partner Lead, your priority is to design, build and implement the People strategy to drive the success of the Talent within the GTM org
  • Be a trusted advisor and sparring partner to the CRO and his leadership team
  • Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration and alignment across the People Team Ecosystem: Talent Acquisition, OD, Talent Rewards, D&I, People Business Partners, etc
  • Partner with CRO and leadership to implement global People Initiatives such as talent management, organizational design, performance management etc.)
  • Analyzing data to create valuable, actionable insights and recommendations of organization's "health"
  • Coach and influence managers on how to build an outstanding team
  • Partner with our D&I team to effectively execute our diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy
