Responsibilities
  • Own the roadmap and outcomes for your pod, creating clarity even in ambiguous spaces
  • Talk to users and internal teams often, embedding insights directly into priorities
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather input and make the product successful with key user groups
  • Break down problems to their simplest form, thinking from first principles to reach sound solutions
  • Make hard calls on scope, timing, and tradeoffs so the team can focus on high-leverage work
  • Go deeper than specs by contributing directly to solutions when needed, whether prototyping, doing a first pass in Cursor, or applying design or technical skills to move the work forward
  • Drive projects from concept to launch, measuring success by impact, not activity
  • Build trust, accountability, and momentum inside your pod through strong rituals and communication
