- Support to Project Managers and Delivery Team in general in the management and development of AI Data Services projects, driving timely communication with vendors, collaborators and other team members.
- Ensure that project specifications and procedures are properly followed on all projects involved.
- Ensure the quality of Centific’s service and deliverables are in accordance with client requirements and supports QA team when needed.
- Contribute to build and support a global team for successful delivery of AI Data Services.
- Provide support to the global team and ensure full adherence to Company procedures, account-established processes and business goals.
- Help the team to detect any gaps or areas of improvement in existing procedures and suggest viable solutions to establish new procedures or optimize the existing ones as needed.
- Work with the team to bring process efficiencies and ensure continuous improvement.
