Requirements

  • The candidate should be comfortable using computer tools and office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities
  • Provide daily administrative support, including in-person and telephone reception.
  • Follow up on files, including registrations, payments, and administrative documents.
  • Manage administrative documents and update databases.
  • Make incoming calls and follow up on pending files.
  • Provide occasional support for follow-up or information campaigns.
  • Contribute to organizing promotional events.
  • Send information internally and externally.
  • Support the center’s administrative reporting.
  • Follow up on incoming requests by email and telephone.
Desired Qualifications
  • Commercial abilities are a plus.
