Responsibilities
  • Engaging, educating, and qualifying new and existing members on Surgery Care program offering
  • Offering additional services and routing calls to appropriate team members
  • Engaging Members into the Transcarent ecosystem
  • Providing exceptional customer service through inbound/outbound calls
  • Converting leads into users of care experiences
  • Offering member guidance and verification of benefits
  • Asking probing questions to recognize additional member needs
  • Partnering with internal clinical professionals
  • Working with highly sensitive information while maintaining PPI requirements
  • Adjusting shift/scheduling based on organization's needs
  • Working evening/overnight shifts on a rotating schedule
