Our New Market, MD officehas an excellent opportunity for a Client Service Manager. This individual will be focused on onboarding and servicing our high-net-worth clients. We are looking for someone with a high level of professionalism and knowledge to enhance our relationships with our clients who have complex service and investment needs. This is a collaborative, team-oriented environment offering career advancement opportunities. (This position has hybrid work option and ability to work from home part of the week.)
The initial salary target for this role is $60,0000.00 - $ 70,000.00 it is also eligible for bonus.

When we make an offer, we then factor in things like tenure, performance, and geographic location to come up with the most accurate numbers. Primary Job Functions:
Client Onboarding & Relationship Management
Builds/maintains effective, trusted relationships with clients
Liaison between advisors and clients to gather data and determine next steps based on financial needs and account resolutions
Ensures accurate completion of account paperwork/set up
Maintains (CRM-Salesforce) database with detailed records and activity notes
Research and follow up on any issues with the Broker/Dealer, corporate teams and custodians
Oversees account maintenance as it relates to address and beneficiary changes, account transactions, deposits, withdrawals, RMDs, QCDs etc.
Maintain details of incoming assets
May work with client’s tax or legal counsel on client concerns and data needs
Gather client data and prepare materials for client meetings
Attends regular company webinars on processes and technology changes
Team and Corporate Support
Works with Advisor Team to streamline processes
Completes operational projects to support enhancements and changes
Communicates processes and clients’ updates to team
Attends in person client appreciation and education events
Education | Qualifications:
2+ years of industry knowledge and experience in finance/banking (mutual fund, annuity, alternative investment knowledge preferred)
Understands financial terminology as it relates to investments and taxes
Excellent communication skills
Strong desire to problem solve and research
Organization skills, time management and strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize workflow and projects; able to work with deadlines and be flexible under pressure
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Salesforce knowledge is a plus
