Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources or related field
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Human Resources with 2 years’ experience in Compensation
  • Advanced Excel skill
  • Proficiency in Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to define problems, collect and analyze data and draw valid conclusions, research alternatives, provide solutions and / or resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to effectively interpret data and create meaningful, understandable models, reports, and metrics.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organization and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and evolving business needs
  • Self-motivated and able to work successfully with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters and information with discretion and integrity
  • Experience with HRIS systems, Workday experience preferred
Responsibilities
  • Participate in salary surveys and manage survey data to evaluate competitive positions.
  • Conduct job evaluations to determine appropriate benchmarking and leveling for new and existing roles.
  • Review and approve job descriptions for content and consistency, and determine FLSA classification.
  • Review salary adjustment requests for compliance with company policy, budget and equity, and provide guidance to HR Business Partners and managers.
  • Track and reconcile salary budget, prepare statistics, create reports, identify trends and prepare summary of analysis to management.
  • Manage the full annual compensation processes cycle, including setting up processes in Workday and analyzing reports.
  • Manage the performance management programs and processes, maintaining review design and preparing reports and analyses of results.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within HRIS systems for all employee positions, including creating and updating compensation profiles.
  • Complete ad hoc projects, including researching and analyzing data and making recommendations.
