Compensation Overview

Los Angeles based, Internet Brands, is looking for an Office Coordinator to complete reception duties and various day-to-day administrative tasks at our front desk. This is a great entry-level position for someone interested in growing with an expanding Internet company!

 

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the face of the company to all visitors, employees, candidates, etc.
- Greet candidates and administer the application and other paperwork.
- Log incoming packages & notify recipients of arrival.
- Assistant in onboarding and offboarding of employees..
- Data entry and reply to Company Emails.
- Keep calendars across multiple time zones, schedule meetings, and maintain reservation system.
- Assist with lunch service and catering/event set-up, tear down, and cleaning.
- Research, book and confirm travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Organize offices, maintain conference rooms, and keep supplies stocked.
- Back-up phones and general assistance for Executive Assistant.
- Special projects and events as needed.
- Administrative and general office duties as assigned.

 

The right candidate will be smart, energetic, confident, and possess the following qualities:

- Wherewithal.
- Good presence.
- Understanding of computers, Internet, e-mail, calendaring, etc.

 

Compensation for this role is $20/hour. This is a full time role so benefits are included as well.
