  • Become a product expert, providing high-quality training and ongoing support to clinical users of Arterys
  • Build subject matter expert relationships with key clinicians
  • Work closely with the Regional Sales Managers to support strategic clinical initiatives within territories
  • Clearly and concisely document product issues
  • Work closely with the product management team providing feedback, competitive intelligence and new functionality requests
  • Coordinate with OEM Partnerships on post-sale new customer installation, implementation, and training
  • Support Regional Sales Managers with highly clinical and technical product demos
  • Support Arterys at various industry trainings and conferences
  • Responsible for ensuring function meets requirements of Quality System
  • Participate in clinical studies
