Requirements
- Certified Radiologic Technologist
- Background in cardiac and oncology applications in medical imaging
- Background in MR and CT
- Knowledge of scanning protocols, sequences, and cardiac workflows
- Experience working in a clinical setting with or at healthcare institutions
- Understanding of healthcare IT and medical imaging workflow
- 3+ years of experience in clinical roles to develop new standards of care with clinicians
- Experience with cardiologists, oncologists, cardiothoracic surgeons, and other surgical specialties
- Ability to travel approximately 50%
- Passport without limitations to travel in NAM
Responsibilities
- Drive customer satisfaction
- Become a product expert, providing high-quality training and ongoing support to clinical users of Arterys
- Build subject matter expert relationships with key clinicians
- Work closely with the Regional Sales Managers to support strategic clinical initiatives within territories
- Clearly and concisely document product issues
- Work closely with the product management team providing feedback, competitive intelligence and new functionality requests
- Coordinate with OEM Partnerships on post-sale new customer installation, implementation, and training
- Support Regional Sales Managers with highly clinical and technical product demos
- Support Arterys at various industry trainings and conferences
- Responsible for ensuring function meets requirements of Quality System
- Participate in clinical studies
