Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics or equivalent degree
  • 5+ years' experience in data analytics team, preferably for Customer Success
  • Perfect understanding of Churn, Retention, and NRR metrics
  • Hands-on experience in Looker
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication skills and experience dealing with stakeholders of varying seniority
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success team finding opportunities to increase efficiency and scale our business effectively
  • Build insights on top of Churn, NRR, Retention metrics
  • Monitor existing processes and provide recommendations for optimization inside Customer Success based on the data
  • Dive deep into the data and communicate findings with the various stakeholders in verbal, visual, and written media
  • Create and promote effective self-service analytics infrastructure for your areas
  • Develop user-friendly dashboards and high-quality data visualizations that drive actions and support decision making
  • Work in tandem with Analytics engineers, sharing requirements for DBT models, in order to create the cleanest data structures and KPIs for your product areas
  • Make intelligent choices for the adoption of new technologies based on your extensive experience
  • Driven by business impact generated from insights
  • Naturally curious and enjoy challenging the status quo
  • Proactive and like to take responsibility in projects, managing requirements, and collaborating with different teams across the company
  • Know when to go deep on a task and when to execute
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with DBT, Snowflake, and LookML is a plus
