Duties
Collaborate closely with Customer Success team finding opportunities to increase efficiency and scale our business effectively
Build insights on top of Churn, NRR, Retention metrics
Monitor existing processes and provide recommendations for optimization inside Customer Success based on the data
Dive deep into the data and communicate findings with the various stakeholders in verbal, visual, and written media
Create and promote effective self-service analytics infrastructure for your areas
Develop user-friendly dashboards and high-quality data visualizations that drive actions and support decision making
Work in tandem with Analytics engineers, sharing requirements for DBT models, in order to create the cleanest data structures and KPIs for your product areas
Make intelligent choices for the adoption of new technologies based on your extensive experience
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics or equivalent degree
5+ years’ experience in data analytics team, preferably for Customer Success
Perfect understanding of Churn, Retention, and NRR metrics
Hands-on experience in Looker
Proficiency in SQL
Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication skills and experience dealing with stakeholders of varying seniority
Experience with DBT, Snowflake, and LookML is a plus
