  • 7+ years benefits management experience
  • Bachelor Degree or Equivalent Experience
  • Strong knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws
  • Demonstrates outstanding troubleshooting, analytical and technical ability
  • Excellent interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills
  • Proficiency in ADP WorkforceNow, Google Workspace, and Excel
  • Direct management of the benefits team
  • Lead the annual end-to-end benefits review process
  • Design fair and attractive benefits programs and bring well thought out recommendations and strategies to leadership showing a comprehensive view by country that also align to company objectives
  • Provide insight into the right mix of benefits to attract and retain talent and keep employees engaged
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on all benefits offered
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy for benefit programs and identify opportunities to better enable the company to improve employee engagement
  • Facilitate proactive and effective messaging and education to our employees as well as support the company's growth and strategic plan
  • Manage relationship with benefits broker and communicate company's long-term strategy and future direction of the benefit programs
  • Oversee analysis of benefits programs in consideration of financial and vendor performance, market position and trends, regulatory compliance, governance, and benefits philosophy
  • Prepares and manages benefit budget, billing, and assist with monthly financial reporting to accounting
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing laws and regulations and updates to legal requirements
  • Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
  • Lead internal and external audits for Benefits team
  • Responsible for management of the systems and technology to support the benefit plans. Works closely with Payroll, HRIS and other stakeholders to set up and maintain as appropriate
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with BambooHR, and Fidelity PSW preferred
  • Multi-National Benefits experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of various types of equity awards and programs
  • SHRM certifications
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced and changing environment
