Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the day to day management and successful long-term relationships of assigned accounts.
  • Ensures superior client satisfaction by acting as an advocate for clients and ensuring client issues are satisfactorily resolved.
  • Works closely with internal teams and clients, facilitating communication between Client Service Operations & other business units.
  • May be responsible for client retention and revenue expansion through existing services and cross sell.
  • Provides overall project management for client related initiatives.
Desired Qualifications
  • Some experience with presentations, preferred.
  • Demonstrated Advanced Excel experience will be considered a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated Microsoft Power BI experience will be considered a strong plus.
  • Experience in relationship management will be considered a strong plus.
  • MBA desirable.
