Requirements
  • Three to five years of full-cycle recruiting experience with demonstrated success managing high-volume hiring.
  • Experience recruiting hourly or direct-labor positions in laboratory, manufacturing, healthcare, food testing, pharmaceutical, or other regulated environments.
  • Proven ability to source and attract candidates in competitive labor markets.
  • Experience using recruiting tools such as Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, Greenhouse applicant tracking system, or similar applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and recruiting best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions, priorities, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and site leaders.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and drive recruiting outcomes.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume workload.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a broader Talent Acquisition team.
Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume laboratory and operational positions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
  • Partner with hiring managers and site leadership to understand staffing needs, hiring priorities, and workforce challenges.
  • Recruit for direct-labor roles including Laboratory Technicians, Analysts, Sample Management Specialists, Couriers, and other laboratory support positions.
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, social media, employee referrals, and community partnerships.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines to support ongoing hiring needs across multiple laboratory locations.
  • Conduct high-volume candidate outreach, phone screens, and qualification assessments.
  • Manage candidate activity and recruitment workflows within Greenhouse applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate documentation and timely communication.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to improve recruitment processes, reduce time-to-fill, and enhance the candidate experience.
  • Provide market insights related to talent availability, compensation trends, and recruiting challenges.
  • Support recruiting events, career fairs, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Track recruiting metrics including pipeline activity, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and hiring progress.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and maintain consistent recruiting practices.
  • Represent Certified Group throughout candidate interactions.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience recruiting hourly or direct-labor positions in laboratory, manufacturing, healthcare, food testing, pharmaceutical, or other regulated environments.
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Resourceful and creative approach to sourcing hard-to-find talent.
