- Proficient in using calibrated measurement equipment to inspect product quality and verify specifications.
- Able to complete documentation relating to material inspection and enter data into database or software systems such as Manufacturing Execution System, SAP, or Laboratory Information Management System.
- Ability to communicate defect information to supervisor and quality assurance for corrective actions.
- Familiarity with 5S cleaning procedures.
- Ensures inspections of material are conducted per Standard Operating Procedures and quality standards while aligning with the production plan.
- Active participation in cross-functional work groups to identify process problems and contribute solutions.
- Participation in day-to-day business activities including safety, quality, and training needs.
- Understanding of ISO, Food and Drug Administration, and Good Manufacturing Practice compliance.
- Perform analysis of product quality inspection of parts, raw materials, and packaging components using calibrated measurement equipment to verify product meets specifications.

- Communicate defect information to supervisor and quality assurance for corrective actions.
- Assist with 5S cleaning procedures.
- Ensure inspections of material are accomplished per SOP and quality standards, while meeting the production plan.
- Actively participate in natural work groups to identify process problems and contribute solutions.
- Participate in day-to-day business activities, safety, quality, and training needs.
- ISO/FDA/GMP compliance.
