Requirements
  • Completed master craftsman examination in the motor vehicle technician trade or a comparable trade.
  • Practical experience in diagnostics, maintenance, and vehicle repair.
  • A responsible and structured approach to daily work.
  • Physical fitness to stand and walk for up to eight hours per day.
  • Applicants should have experience as a motor vehicle master technician or as a motor vehicle mechatronics technician with master qualification.
Responsibilities
  • Act as the technical contact in the workshop and support workshop management with operational daily business.
  • Take technical responsibility for diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs ranging from classic cars to electric vehicles.
  • Support workshop management with organization and daily operational processes.
  • Instruct and provide technical support to mechanics, skilled technicians, and apprentices.
  • Assist with complex diagnostics and technical questions.
  • Work operationally in the workshop.
  • Work a five-day week from Monday to Saturday in an early/late two-shift system.
