Requirements
  • Consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five years.
  • Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related tools and technology required for the position.
  • Bachelor’s degree required with at least three years work experience in Federal Contracting and knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations.
  • Qualification commensurate to DAWIA or FAC-C Level I in contracting.
  • U.S. Citizenship Required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe).
  • All ProSidian staff must be determined eligible for a “Facility Access Authorization” (Employment Authorization) by the U.S. Government Security Office.
  • Travel as coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the Contracting Officer in advance.

Responsibilities
  • Support requirements for Program Support and provide daily execution of assigned work functions for project teams and program managers.
  • Perform Pre-Award and Post-Award activities including analyzing requirements, market research, recommending revisions to statements of work or specifications, determining contract type, establishing milestones, understanding terms, handling modifications, and resolving non-compliance issues.
  • Develop, implement and analyze data requirements for planning and measurement systems.
  • Analyze performance of procurement activities against procurement indicators and goals; analyze data to determine trends.
  • Have a strong understanding of federal government business operations and work processes.
  • Provide acquisition support for all bureaus with functional areas including information technology, financial management, human resources, program management, economic analysis, executive support and administrative support.
  • Support project teams and program managers and provide daily execution of assigned work functions.
  • Conduct periodic reconciliation reviews of external interfaces with field offices to identify and correct data gaps, financial discrepancies and errors.
  • Work with a variety of information technology systems to provide Enterprise Services Staff Support Services.
  • Have advanced experience with Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing to support standard services across the Department.
