This is a NYC/hybrid role with periodic travel to the NYC office.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
- 0-2+ years of professional experience
- Familiarity with backend micro-service design and development
- Familiarity with developing client libraries
- Familiarity with Databases (on-disk and in-memory), Message Brokers, Software Design Principals (SOLID Principals, GOF Patterns)
- Proficiency with Object-Oriented Programming, Data structures and Algorithms principles
- Familiarity with Agile processes, DevOps concepts, and Test Automation
- Open to learning and mentoring from senior team members
- Interpret requirements, develop, and test application features of low complexity using either (C++, Python, Rust)
- Build automated tests to verify the quality of your features in DevOps pipelines
- Develop well-written code that follows design best practices and rarely results in defects or requires refactoring
- Participate in Agile processes to create deliverables
