  • Working closely with other members of the GCE, extended Legal, Product, and Data & Analytics teams, provide regulatory legal and compliance risk guidance throughout the data and product lifecycles
  • Ensures that applicable privacy, data protection, and other regulatory and compliance requirements in the UK and Ireland are addressed and coordinates review of legal requirements in other European markets
  • Serves as the lead regulatory attorney for D&B in UK and Ireland
  • Responsible for providing advice and counsel on a broad range of regulations including but not limited to GDPR, UK GDPR, the UK Bribery Act, financial services regulations, credit information regulations, commercial credit data sharing, ESG and sustainability regulation, privacy and electronic communications regulations, sanctions, AML and trade compliance, and competition law
  • Provides support on labour and employment law matters
  • In coordination with D&B's Chief Compliance Officer and other members of GCE, serves as the Compliance Officer and Data Protection Officer for the UK and Ireland and as the primary point of contact for regulators in the UK and Ireland
  • Works closely with ISMS and Security team leads in the UK and Ireland to coordinate ISO and security program obligations with GCE program obligations, including, but not limited to FCA, GDR, Anti-Bribery and Trade
  • Manages integration-related obligations for entities and operations in the UK and Ireland
  • Serves as the voice of D&B Compliance & Ethics for UK and Ireland clients
