As a Product Marketing Manager for ClickUp, your primary responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive customer analysis, performing win/loss interviews, and becoming the expert in ClickUp’s customer base. You will own high-impact marketing programs from strategy to execution to drive awareness and acquisition of new customers, as well as increase expansion across ClickUp’s existing customer base. As a Product Marketer at ClickUp, you’ll be the SME for all things customer—and a critical partner to Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer-facing teams.
About the role
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.
- Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates ClickUp’s products in the market.
- Turn data-driven insights across competitive intelligence, win/loss programs, customer analysis, and more into actionable GTM strategy and pilot programs.
- Collaborate closely with Analyst Relations to understand market trends and position ClickUp appropriately across key categories and reports.
- Equip the sales team with necessary insights and frameworks to attract customers and close more deals.
- Create engaging content such as case studies, videos, white papers, and blog posts to showcase the value of ClickUp.
Qualifications
- 2-5+ years of experience in marketing at a fast-growing organization.
- Experience marketing or selling B2B software, bonus points for SaaS and PLG.
- Strong bias for action, accountability, and adaptability—not afraid to take ownership.
- Ability to build consensus, alignment, and partnerships across the Marketing org.
- Comfortable building programs from the ground up without perfect data and/or proven best practices.
- A track record of high performance, coachability, and a willingness to push boundaries.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
