Requirements
  • Strong track record in executing campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Demonstrated experience managing teams that utilize AI creative tools, specifically Pencil
  • Previous experience of project budget management and scheduling
  • Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organise and influence clients and build strong and effective working relationships
  • Be financially conscientious when managing the delivery of a project ensuring all relevant parties are aware of the financial implications of delays, additional amends, and re-briefs
  • Experience working with B2B clients, particularly in the financial or technology sectors
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
  • Be able to verify the qualitative and quantitative output of a project against the project objectives
Responsibilities
  • Taking overall ownership of integrated creative projects from brief to fulfilment
  • Liaising with clients to determine campaign scope and produce estimates (when needed) and schedules
  • Schedule projects in line with the correct internal resource and help to source external resources where necessary
  • Ensure projects follow the agency process and are completed on time and on budget
  • Manage project workflows utilizing AI-powered creative tools, particularly Pencil
  • Pull and analyse Zoho performance reports to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI
  • Communicate project status, challenges, and solutions to internal teams and client stakeholders
  • Facilitate client meetings and presentations, documenting key decisions and action items
  • Escalates any queries concerning invoicing, or estimates provided by the studio on their projects to the DL and AM
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience leading digital programs in B2B finance or technology sectors (optional)
  • Experience with Zoho or similar dashboards for reporting (optional)
  • Experience with AI Tools for creative campaigns (Pencil) (optional)
  • Experience in integrated campaigns across multiple channels (optional)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (optional)
