Are you passionate about developing, endorsing and executing strategy?
We are looking for a positive, professional, and dedicated Vice President, Client Experience for our Calgary branch to champion excellence in customer service delivery through a commitment to Long View’s culture of Integrity, Competence, Value and Fun! Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, and participating as a productive member of the regional vice president community, you will work collaboratively to improve processes across the company.
A Day in the Life:
- Meet or beat Long View Calgary’s branch financial plan each year
- Steward excellence in customer service delivery through a commitment to Long View’s governance structure, and maintain an average Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 80 or higher for the branch
- Contribute as a productive member of the regional VP community, working collaboratively to improve processes across the company
- In collaboration with the branch leadership team, develop branch strategy, champion it at the executive level and support execution of strategy within the branch
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to close deals, foster and maintain senior level relationships with current and potential customers, and act as a primary business development agent, participating in business community events, conferences and peer networking groups
- Partner with the VP, Sales on the maintenance of business partner and manufacturer relationships
- Work with Recruiting to attract the resources required to achieve branch goals, and with People Services to maintain the corporate culture and engagement of branch employees
- Drive participation in Career Life Plan (CLP) sessions and foster a focus in the branch on career progression and staff growth
- Provide coaching and guidance to the Managers, Client Success and Directors, Client Success to ensure each one achieves or exceeds their margin targets, and manage other direct reports to achieve/exceed targets
- Work in tandem with your branch leadership and the finance team to ensure accurate and consistent forecasting
What You Bring:
- 10+ years of IT consulting and project management experience
- 10+ years of leadership experience
- Experience maintaining senior level relationships with current and potential clients
- Strong network in the IT community in Calgary
- Desire and ability to nurture career progression and staff growth
- Experience working collaboratively with sales teams
- Proven previous coaching experience
- Inspiration to your teams to obtain and maintain vendor certifications
- Experience with forecasting
- Proven successful ownership of a multi-million-dollar P&L
- Formal management and business training
