Requirements
  • Program management experience with a track record of owning complex, multi-stakeholder programs from start to finish.
  • Prior experience in end-to-end program ownership, serving as the primary customer point of contact, and maintaining cross-functional accountability.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent programs across different lifecycle stages without losing detail or missing commitments.
  • Experience managing escalations and communicating confidently through problems.
  • Ability to influence and coordinate across teams without directly managing them.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, including activity logging, account management, and reporting.
Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned customer programs, from new product introduction through production and delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on program-related matters, including schedule, status, escalations, and changes.
  • Communicate with customers daily or as needed, providing accurate and timely program updates.
  • Coordinate across Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production to align priorities, resolve blockers, and keep jobs moving.
  • Engage with Partner Factories on production status updates and participate in collaborative problem-solving when issues require a coordinated response.
  • Manage programs spanning secondary assembly, box builds, functional test, and programming.
  • Monitor program schedules and proactively flag risks before they become delays.
  • Maintain accurate program and account data in Salesforce by logging activities, managing account records, tracking open items, and running reports.
  • Support handoffs between new product introduction and production.
Desired Qualifications
  • PCB and printed circuit board assembly knowledge is strongly preferred.
  • A background in electronics or contract manufacturing is a significant advantage.
  • Familiarity with new product introduction processes and production handoffs is a plus.
  • Familiarity with enterprise resource planning or material requirements planning systems in a manufacturing context is a plus.
  • Experience managing complex manufacturing programs.
