What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with Sales VPs to develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach, to generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
- Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, pain points, and decision-making processes, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our healthcare technology solutions.
- Understand product demonstrations and deliver persuasive introductions to showcase the benefits and features of our products to potential clients.
- May Collaborate with Sales VPs to prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contract negotiations to close deals and secure new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and deal status in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships with prospects and clients.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the Sales VPs and contribute to ongoing sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop sales collateral, case studies, and other materials to support the sales process.
- Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven inside sales experience in the healthcare technology industry or a similar field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to effectively close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with sales technology solutions and CRM systems with experience in maintaining accurate sales records.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape is highly desirable.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, industry events, and conferences.

- Starting Salary: $65,000 + Commission
