Requirements
  • At least 10 years of experience in business-to-business software as a service, including at least 5 years leading product marketing, go-to-market, or revenue-facing teams at scale.
  • A demonstrated track record of improving win rates and shortening sales cycles through positioning, enablement, and proof-of-value programs.
  • Experience owning both new-logo conversion and expansion or retention outcomes.
  • Deep familiarity with solution engineering or pre-sales teams and the demo-to-close motion.
  • Experience in enterprise software; experience in learning management systems, human capital management, or educational technology is preferred but not required.
  • A strong analytical approach, including making data-driven decisions, running experiments, and measuring outcomes.
  • Executive presence sufficient to present to Fortune 500 chief human resources officers and brief Gartner analysts.
  • Fluency in artificial intelligence and the ability to articulate the company's differentiation.
  • Proof of legal eligibility to work in the country of application without sponsorship.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment background screening, including a criminal record check.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the team responsible for converting pipeline into customers and expanding revenue within the existing customer base.
  • Own product marketing, product evangelism, solution engineering, and analyst relations.
  • Own market positioning, competitive messaging, and product narratives for prospects and existing customers.
  • Lead a 21-person solution engineering team delivering demonstrations, proofs of concept, and technical validation.
  • Drive win rates by improving the buying experience and extend solution engineering capabilities to expansion motions for existing customers evaluating new products.
  • Build the company's presence in the enterprise learning market through thought leadership, speaking, and community engagement.
  • Own relationships with Forrester, Gartner, Brandon Hall, and other analysts, and drive placements and recognition.
  • Partner with Customer Enablement and Sales to position new products, features, and use cases for existing customers.
  • Create materials, narratives, and proof points that drive upsell and cross-sell conversations.
  • Improve new-logo win rates, reduce sales cycle length, influence expansion revenue, improve competitive win rates, improve analyst recognition and placements, and contribute to net revenue retention from go-to-market-sourced expansion opportunities.

Atd Research: Optimism Remains Strong For Future Of Learning In Organizations

"With 75 percent of organizations expecting to increase the AI spending in the next fiscal year, AI skills training should continue to grow." — 2025 State of the Industry Post thisIn 2024, the average number of formal learning hours used per employee was 13.7, down from 17.4 in 2023. This number has steadily declined since 2020. While average direct expenditure of $1,054 was down slightly in 2024, it has remained consistent over the past five years and organizations are investing the highest ratio of their revenue (2.9 percent) that we have seen in the last five years.Key findings from the report include:The average cost per learning hour used in 2024 across organizations was $165 , a 34 percent increase from 2023's average of $123 per learning hour used., a 34 percent increase from 2023's average of per learning hour used. More than a third of organizations saw an increase in their TD headcount.Three quarters of respondents said the TD function had representation in their organization's senior leadership team. This is a 10 percent increase from 2023.The three most common content areas for training were new-employee orientation, mandatory and compliance training, and managerial and supervisory training.Training for AI technical skills and AI practical skills grew in 2024. Fifty-five percent of survey respondents said their organization provided AI technical skills training and 64 percent expect their organization to increase the amount of training in the future
