What believers are saying

  • Sword reported 12.6% H1 2026 organic growth and 12.0% EBITDA, supporting hiring.
  • Sword won a €93 million eu-LISA contract in June 2026, expanding regulated-work exposure.
  • 2026 Swiss openings in banking, DevOps, and AI signal active project demand.

What critics are saying

  • AiM Services brand vanished after Sword's 2021 acquisition, limiting independent employer identity.
  • Sword's 2026 hiring in Geneva and Renens suggests overlapping teams, not protected staffing.
  • Any Sword Suisse restructuring or client consolidation in 2026 can erase AiM-specific roles.

What makes AIM Services unique

  • Geneva-rooted Swiss banking expertise, including FINMA-aligned delivery, still matters in regulated accounts.
  • Sword acquired AiM Services in July 2021, giving access to larger delivery capacity.
  • Presence in Geneva, Lausanne, and Sion anchors local client service across Romandie.
