Davidson Hospitality Group has named Andrew Houghton as its SVP, luxury operations and Scott Harrell as VP, acquisitions and business development. In his new role, Houghton will maintain strong working relationships with ownership partners and brands, in addition to directly overseeing Ragdale Hall Spa in the UK. He most recently served as task force managing director/GM at various resorts in the Davidson portfolio, from Baker's Cay Resort to Buoy Haus Beach Resort St. Thomas, Autograph Collection and The Westin St. Thomas Beach Resort & Spa. Previously, he was managing partner at Mainsail Vacation Rentals, where he developed a vacation rental division within the company, utilizing Homes & Villas by Marriott, Airbnb and all distribution channels focused on the luxury and premium segments.
