Responsibilities
  • Sales: Own expansion and renewal quota for the Data Solutions vertical
  • Manage renewal cycles from end to end
  • Collaborate with internal resources to tell data-driven stories
  • Manage customer expectations and escalations
  • Prepare and host QBRs for key accounts
  • Drive executive engagement and sponsorship on key accounts
  • Partner with a Customer Success Manager to divide and conquer across key relationships and customers

  • 3+ years of B2B account management experience
  • Experience selling DaaS or into the Financial Services vertical
  • Excellent Story-Telling & Communication skills
