OverviewThe Associate Director, Analytics, leads measurement strategy, performance analysis, and business intelligence across Toyota's National, Regional, and Dealer marketing ecosystem. This role serves as a strategic advisor to client and agency teams, transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive marketing effectiveness, customer acquisition, dealer performance, and business growth. The Associate Director develops unified measurement frameworks, guides investment decisions, and ensures a consistent analytics approach across all levels of the Toyota business.
Success in this role is measured by improved marketing effectiveness, stronger business outcomes, scalable measurement solutions, and the ability to influence strategic decisions through data-driven insights.
Responsibilities- Lead measurement and analytics strategy across National, Regional, and Dealer marketing initiatives.
- Drive operational excellence through scalable workflows, project visibility, process documentation, prioritization frameworks, and alignment with organizational standards and tools.
- Develop KPI frameworks, reporting standards, and performance benchmarks aligned to business objectives.
- Analyze media, audience, CRM, dealer, and customer journey performance to identify growth opportunities and improve sales influence attribution, connecting media activity (paid and organic) to dealer revenue.
- Translate data into strategic recommendations that improve marketing effectiveness and business outcomes.
- Own the agency's side of the client’s Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) program (data delivery, data governance, and application of model outputs to media investment recommendations, in partnership with the Performance Media team and the client's measurement vendor. Lead MTA, incremental testing, and lift studies.
- Partner with media, activation, CRM, and client teams to optimize investments and improve campaign performance.
- Accountable for the analytics data platform and the automated reporting built on it; sets data modeling, transformation, automation, and QA standards in partnership with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure data quality, measurement governance, tagging accuracy, and reporting consistency across teams and platforms.
- Deliver executive-level presentations, business reviews, and actionable insights to client leadership.
- Mentor analytics team members and establish best practices for analytical excellence and storytelling.
- Accountable for delivery of client-specific AI efficiency plans & roadmap, including a connected-agents workflow
Qualifications- 8+ years of experience in analytics, marketing science, business intelligence, media measurement, or related fields.
- Automotive, retail, or large-scale consumer marketing experience strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting MMM programs (data delivery, data governance, application of outputs) and building attribution frameworks.
- Hands-on experience building automated workflows and AI-assisted analytic workflows in production.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and developing high-performing analytics teams.
- Deep understanding of marketing analytics, media measurement, attribution, and performance optimization.
- Expertise in dashboard development, business intelligence, data visualization, and performance reporting.
- Experience analyzing large, complex datasets and integrating multiple data sources.
- Ability to connect marketing activities to business outcomes, including sales, dealer traffic, leads, and customer engagement.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex findings into compelling business narratives.

Compensation Range: USD $115,000.00 - USD $130,000.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
