Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in audit (internal or external), risk management, compliance, management consulting, or specific Customer Success Management experience within a hyper-growth SaaS environment
  • 1+ years of experience with the AuditBoard modules, data load process, and advanced configurations
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM, Gainsight, Google Business Suite, MS Office, PowerBI, and/or other data visualization tools
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Passion for working daily with AB customers and solving technical challenges
  • Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal direction
  • Ability to interface with C-level executives
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders
  • Stay abreast of product updates and features to provide insights to customers
  • Proactively identify and address customer issues for effective problem resolution
  • Gather customer feedback and advocate for customer needs within the organization
  • Conduct training sessions to empower customers and offer ongoing education and support
  • Collaborate with customers to maximize value and identify opportunities for account expansion
