Requirements
  • Knowledge of Arc’teryx products or other outdoor brand products
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in Quality Control (e.g. manufacturing or textile industry)
  • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail, including accurate data and order entry skills
  • Proactive in identifying root causes of issues and developing solutions
  • Highly flexible and adaptable in ambiguous situations

Responsibilities
  • Assess the state of returned products and determine best repair actions
  • Coordinate with Repair team to execute repair actions effectively
  • Identify and rectify discrepancies with Repair Supervisor
  • Manage workload with consideration of service level goals
  • Record inspection results and complete documentation
  • Collaborate with team to improve quality standard of repairs
  • Participate in other projects or duties as required
