  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Someone who is hospitable, welcoming, and team-orientated.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task.

  • BA.BS degree preferred, not required.
  • Manual dexterity to manipulate office equipment and make written notations.

Responsibilities
  • Support patient care by ensuring patients feel welcomed and valued while also controlling the flow of the appointment.
  • Respond to all phone calls and emails within 2 hours and always within 24 hours.
  • Guide patients through the out-of-network experience.
  • Greet all patients who enter the clinic with a smile.
  • Execute 5-star customer service.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, community environment to ensure patients and team members receive care and support they need.
