Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher and Fifteen (15) years of experience working in finance organizations with key understanding of business unit and commercial processes and reporting in a private, public, government or military environment.
  • Five (5) years of experience of financial modeling and in a Planning Support Role for global organizations
  • Five (5) years of finance experience within a Manufacturing industry
  • CPA, CMA or equivalent international certification
  • Experience in the MedTech Industry
  • Responsible for Income Statements
  • Five (5) years of finance experience within a healthcare industry
  • Leadership and collaboration skills to engage with business stakeholders and drive alignment on financial assumptions
  • Ability to lead through others and influence
  • Five (5) years of leadership experience managing senior level teams
  • Pragmatic, results-oriented with a strong bias towards executing with speed, agility, and quality
  • Experience in a global business setting and understanding of operational and cultural differences due to geography, size, and scope of the organization
  • Record of career progression with increasing levels of responsibility
Responsibilities
  • Providing strategic and operational financial leadership to Global Supply Chain Planning on service, cost, and cash.
  • Being a strong business partner in setting direction on Volumes, Inventory and Spending for Global Supply Chain (plant, area, supply chain, IBP, business, sourcing, logistics) in conjunction with and to support the needs of the Global Supply Chain operations.
  • Developing and driving end-to-end (E2E) processes, analyses, and tools to standardize reporting to support Global Supply Chain planning, execution, tracking and mitigation plans.
  • Ensuring consistency of operations and reporting across Global Supply Chain, portfolio actions and operations.
  • Leading weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual processes to support Global Supply Chain rhythms, month end close activities, QORs/MREs, OP and Strat Plans.
  • Collaborating with all relevant stakeholders to ensure E2E alignment and compliance in Global Supply Chain planning processes.
  • Collaborating with the business segments and Global Supply Chain organizations to implement and maintain an Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.
  • Analyze planning spend and work with the teams to identify, communicate and execute productivity improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance to financial standards
