Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite/Google Suite, with an advanced knowledge of Excel
- Experience with Oracle EPM, or other reconciliation software
- Ability to accurately analyze information
- Excellent organizational skills including managing deliverables to meet quality requirements and deadlines
- Detail-oriented and commitment to quality and continuous improvement
- Strong communication, presentation and inter-personal skills with ability to communicate results to non-technical audiences
Responsibilities
- Responsible for completing various day-to-day post payment bank tasks and disbursement verification
- Review daily bank files for incoming cash, reconcile and post daily cash receipts for donation invoices
- Assist in resolving questions or follow-up requests pertaining to daily cash receipts and outstanding disbursements, including payment investigations and providing additional information to banking partners regarding certain payments
- Communicate key issues with management across functional areas and participate in resolution measures
- Identify areas for process improvement and suggest solutions
- Participate in a culture of continuous improvement and keeping our clients experience in mind
