Are you curious about transformative patient experiences? Our growing P360 Team is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Engineer to provide QA and UAT support across multiple lines of business, ensuring the quality and efficacy of our digital campaigns traversing various platforms. You are a highly skilled professional able to serve as a key subject matter expert to support E2E QA and UAT for our enterprise. Familiarity with Salesforce, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Jira and Test Management software would be an advantage.
As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for E2E QA and UAT for multi-channel campaigns, including Email, SMS, Landing Pages and IVR. The ideal candidate will have deep understanding of Quality Assurance and User Accepted Testing best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for digital campaigns, including Email, Landing Pages, SMS and IVR.
- Conduct thorough manual and automated testing to verify the functionality, performance, and user experience of E2E campaign elements.
- Collaborate with business strategists, designers, data engineers, and development teams to understand campaign requirements and identify potential risks and issues.
- Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and retesting as needed.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and user engagement.
- Perform regression testing to ensure that updates or changes do not negatively impact existing campaigns.
- Maintain detailed documentation of testing processes, results, and best practices for continuous improvement.
- Help troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to ensure timely resolution.
- Develop and manage QA metrics to track quality assurance performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement in campaign accuracy and delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in quality assurance.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify areas for process improvements.
- Create user guides and training materials for team members on quality assurance practices.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to communicate testing results and insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
- Proven experience in quality assurance, specifically in digital campaign testing.
- Familiarity with digital platforms (Salesforce, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, GCP, etc.) and their functionalities.
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Experience with automated testing tools and methodologies is a plus.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Xray) is a plus.

Salary/ Wage Range
$82,800.00 - $121,600.00 / year
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
