POSH.vip is a ticketing and marketing platform for nightlife and events. It helps event organizers manage ticket sales, guest lists, and promotions from one place. Features include a friendly guest list interface, SMS marketing, and social media integration (e.g., Instagram). The platform provides revenue analytics based on A/B testing and anonymous customer data, so organizers can make data-driven decisions. The business model combines subscription fees with a percentage of ticket sales, and it offers ticket tiers (GA and VIP) to segment buyers and optimize revenue. For example, GA and VIP tickets are priced at different levels, with potential revenue boosts cited for SMS tools (about 15% uplift) and guest lists (about 11% uplift). POSH’s goal is to help event curators around the world increase revenue and enhance the attendee experience by delivering practical tools that streamline marketing and ticketing in one platform.

Posh generates $37m in Series B investment round.

Posh generates $37m in Series B investment round. Ticketing start-up Posh has raised $37m (£27.6m/€31.9m) in Series B investment, in a round led by early-stage venture capital firm FirstMark. Confirming the news in a LinkedIn post, Posh chief executive Avante Price said the funding will be used to support the next phase of the company's ongoing growth strategy. This, he said, includes expanding its organiser feature set to support an "infinite number" of use cases. Price also set out how Posh will use AI to help organisers with "semantic insights agentic operations", as well as improve its platform to make the consumer experience more "personalised and social". The next chapter "Posh started with a simple belief: events deserve better technology," Price said. "Since then, thousands of organisers have used Posh to create and grow sustainable IRL communities of every kind; from intimate gatherings to large-scale festivals. "This milestone was only possible because of the determined team, high-conviction backers, and engaged users whose belief in our vision has never wavered. Now, it's time to bring the next chapter of Posh to life, one experience at a time." Posh launched six years ago with the aim of providing organisers and attendees with the tools to "create, discover, and amplify the experiences that define their scene". During its lifetime, Posh has welcomed more than eight million visitors and generated over $350m in gross merchandise value. FirstMark led the latest Series B investment round, though Posh did not reveal how much the venture capital firm pledged. According to Fortune, Causeway Ventures, Goodwater Capital, Companyon Ventures, and Epic Ventures also took part in the round.

Posh bags $37M Series B to scale ticketing services.

Posh bags $37M Series B to scale ticketing services. 24 March 2026 Key Takeaways * Posh raised $37 million in a Series B funding round to scale its ticketing platform. * The company focuses on empowering independent event organizers and creators. * Posh stands out with its social discovery and creator-first features. Posh, a ticketing startup that aims to overhaul the ticket-buying industry, has secured $37 million in a Series B investment. This investment will enable the company to expand its business and compete more effectively against other startups in the digital events industry. Founded with the mission to make it easier for people to find, host and go to events, Posh quickly established itself as a creator. Unlike many other ticketing services, Posh concentrates on independent event promotion, nightlife curation and community building. This strategy has helped it develop a proper place in a competitive market. Redefining event experiences. The Series B presents a right stage investment opportunity, driven by the increasing demand for convenient, flexible ticketing platforms. As events around the world recover, ticketing providers such as Posh will become more popular among event organizers and attendees alike. Discoverability is another one of Posh's best features; it is part social network, part peer-to-peer discovery, meaning users know which events their friends are attending, and new users can find events a little more naturally. The social layer in Posh is targeted to make small events more appealing and more attended. Posh also offers them additional features to maximize the benefit from each event, such as analytics tools, promotional functions, or direct communication with the users. Strategic growth. Positioning for the ticketing industry is largely held by the major players; however, new entrants such as Posh are disrupting this market by providing a more flexible, user-focused solution. While others are catering for mass audiences, such as stadiums and less niche events, Posh operates at the grassroots level. The fresh capital will be invested to increase the engineering capacity of Posh, develop the product features and hire team members. Significant effort will be put into developing mobile feature sets, along with enabling easy real-time event discovery and ticketing. Moreover, Posh is also going to invest in marketing and collaborations to boost its presence in top markets. This would help the company attract more creators and organizers of events who are looking for other alternatives to traditional ticketing. In the constantly changing events industry, a platform that offers the best value and the most options wins, and that is what Posh's latest funding round has proved. Posh, a company whose business model has been validated by investors, underscores how this boost has increased faith in technology and event planning. If carried out successfully, this next stage of expansion could position Posh as a large force in the global ticketing world, changing the face of event planning and delivery.
