  • Prior technology / SaaS industry background and full P&L exposure
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting
  • A growth mindset, a builder's mentality, and a proven track record for execution
  • A willingness to understand and work a process from end to end
  • Proven success leading diverse teams through multiple Change Management initiatives
  • Advanced understanding of different financial and management reporting principles and frameworks, and deep knowledge of financial accounting practices pertaining to data flows for FP&A system outputs
  • Ability to thrive and navigate effectively through change and ambiguity in a fast-moving, complex business environment
  • Advanced MS Excel skills, with experience working with PivotTables and Power BI
  • Highly outcome-focused, with the proven ability to work with challenging deadlines and deliver on commitments
  • Experience with various tools manipulating and modelling large quantities of data to derive actionable insights actionable business insights
  • Partner with Director, FP&A, Acute & Payer, to establish, execute against, and manage the short-term and long-term Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) of the Acute & Payer FP&A team
  • Partner with FP&A team to establish and execute against the short-term and long-term OKRs of the Corporate Finance / FP&A team
  • Drive, with support from Finance Operations, the process for integrating financial reporting, including data analysis and SaaS and operational metrics of Audacious Inquiry into the Acute & Payer environment and processes
  • Drive, with support from FP&A counterparts, the process for defining and executing against the reporting roadmap, with the goal of delivering meaningful reporting that is standardized across the PointClickCare business units and automated
  • Collaborate with Financial Operations to drive discipline, visibility, consistency and operational improvements in contract management, revenue operations, backlog conversion, customer retention, and billing and collections
  • Conduct actual vs. forecast / budget financial variance analysis on monthly basis with meaningful insights to management to support decision making, understand financial implications to rolling forecasts, and enable business partners to manage to their respective budgets / forecasts
  • Actively manage the Profit & Loss Statement to provide support and insights to the business for all A&P functions and Strategic Advisory
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly Board, Management, and Business Unit reporting packages / inputs and presentations
  • Manage and support full budget cycle process for all A&P-designated functions, including A&P initiatives owned by shared functions, as well as Strategic Advisory ensuring transparency and cross-functional collaboration to tie financial performance to strategic objectives and OKRs
  • Leverage FP&A tools, develop and maintain comprehensive financial forecast models to support various financial planning initiatives, including but not limited to 12-month rolling forecast, quarterly re-forecasts, annual budget, and long-term strategy planning, for Acute & Payer
  • Partner with functional leaders to perform ad hoc analyses or create new tools to help drive operational excellence. This will include but is not limited to:
  • O Business casing to help effectively compare and decide on the correct initiatives
  • O Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency and to identify cost saving opportunities
  • Support the evaluation and implementation of new SMBP tool and complementary integrations through data sourcing, exploration, cleanup, manipulation, design, and testing
  • Gain and leverage understanding of the A&P business to identify opportunities for improvements in both Finance / FP&A and operational processes and outputs
Desired Qualifications
  • Healthcare experience is a plus
  • MBA or a financial designation is a plus
