Lazer Crypto is a specialized team within Lazer, comprising more than 30 full stack, web3 native engineers dedicated to building modern dApps and web3 solutions. This team helps founders and growing teams accelerate their product launches across various blockchain ecosystems. Our notable web3 clients include OpenSea, Base, Privy, Polymarket, Uniswap, Alchemy, Monad and others.

Who You Are

• Experienced design professional: 6+ years in design and frontend engineering with at least 2 years in consulting or client-facing roles

• Animation specialist: You're fluent with modern animation and motion libraries (Framer Motion, React Spring, GSAP) and understand how to create smooth, purposeful micro-interactions

• Modern tooling expert: You work with contemporary design engineering tools and component libraries, staying current with the latest in React ecosystem innovations

• Portfolio-driven: You have a killer portfolio demonstrating your ability to create beautiful, s x interfaces with attention to detail and craft

• Frontend expert: Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and modern CSS-in-JS solutions, with deep knowledge of performance optimization and responsive design

• User-centered: You balance beautiful aesthetics with usability, conducting user testing and iterating based on real user behavior and feedback

• Quality perfectionist: You have impossibly high standards for visual execution, interaction design, and code quality - sweating the details that make experiences feel premium

• Collaborative spirit: You work seamlessly with designers and product teams, translating design intent into production code while contributing your own creative vision

• Nice to have: Interest in or familiarity with crypto and blockchain technology

What You'll Do

• Craft exceptional user experiences: Design and build production-ready interfaces that feel delightful and intuitive, working across web and mobile platforms

• Bring designs to life: Transform static designs into interactive, animated experiences using modern animation libraries and micro-interaction patterns

• Build and iterate rapidly: Create high-fidelity prototypes, test with users, and ship features quickly based on real feedback and usage data

• Develop design systems: Build and maintain scalable component libraries with consistent visual language, interaction patterns, and accessibility standards

• Collaborate across teams: Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to shape product direction and ensure design excellence throughout development

• Champion visual craft: Drive decisions around typography, color, spacing, and motion to create cohesive, beautiful experiences that users love

• Own end-to-end delivery: Take ownership of features from initial concept through final implementation, ensuring pixel-perfect execution

• Stay ahead of trends: Research and implement cutting-edge design patterns, interaction models, and frontend technologies
