Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in custom Salesforce Development with minimum 3+ years as a Salesforce Architect.
  • Experience working with business and technical stakeholders from global cross functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, including its features, functionalities, limitations, and best practices.
  • Experience in Data modelling and ingestion, backend API integration approaches for campaign setup.
  • Experience building services using AWS services.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce marketing cloud tools – data extensions, automation studio, journey builder, Datorama reporting.
  • Experience with Ampscript, data architecture, SQL and ETL processes.
  • Experience with HTML/CSS/ JavaScript required.
  • Professional experience in campaign/data migration and data analysis.
  • Experience with Mobile connect, Mobile Push, Salesforce Customer Data Platform.
  • Experience creating complex journeys, master audience lists, self-service audience segmentation using automations, data extensions, and SFMC SQL.
  • Understanding of B2C marketing, at scale.
  • One or more current Salesforce certifications (Administrator/Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer 1 or 2, App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud).
Responsibilities
  • Own the solution architecture and design across Salesforce, Marketing Cloud and other applications supporting the Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Work with functional and business clients to determine solutions that drive additional business value.
  • Create technical specifications and provide analysis between current and future states. Be a technical subject matter expert.
  • Establishes and evolves best practices for the development efforts within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
  • Supervise the configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce.
  • Customize Salesforce to fit business requirements. Resolve technical issues in areas of ownership.
  • Leads the migration and development of Salesforce applications for business stakeholders.
  • Understands underlying Data.
  • Pro-actively identify opportunities to leverage Salesforce.com in innovative ways to improve existing business processes, and support an organization scaling at a rapid pace.
