Responsibilities
  • Take a disciplined approach to SG rate adequacy, with strong execution of semiannual new business rate review and monthly renewal block checks
  • Ideate and evaluate strategic initiatives that balance membership and margin objectives
  • Collaborate and build influence with SG Center of Excellence, sales, and underwriting business partners
  • Develop deep expertise in risk score methodologies to optimize the trade-off between UW predictiveness and the costs/resources required
  • Align pricing and management processes across the SG ecosystem
  • Manage a team of 8, ranging from analyst to senior manager levels, including several colleagues in the leadership development rotational program
