Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Drive the most innovative and high-impact partnerships within CLEAR, breaking into new verticals and delivering revenue-generating opportunities from contract signature to launch and renewal.
  • Establish and maintain executive-level relationships across C-suite stakeholders at Fortune 500 companies, leading in-person meetings, conferences, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Develop, lead, and refine comprehensive partner enablement programs that streamline partner onboarding, integration, and long-term success.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales teams to identify and capitalize on new verticals and opportunities within the identity verification space.
  • Own strategic planning and execution of key partner initiatives, with a focus on maximizing revenue, driving partner performance, and expanding partner portfolios.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team that manages key partnerships and ensures partner success. Build and scale the partner enablement function as CLEAR continues to grow.

CLEAR provides a subscription-based service that speeds up the identity verification process at security checkpoints, primarily targeting frequent travelers, sports fans, and event-goers. The service allows members to use dedicated lanes at airports, stadiums, and other venues, significantly reducing wait times. CLEAR utilizes biometric technology, such as fingerprints and iris scans, for touchless ID verification, replacing traditional identification methods. This approach not only enhances convenience but also ensures a safer entry experience. Unlike its competitors, CLEAR emphasizes data security, being SAFETY Act Certified by the Department of Homeland Security, which assures users that their personal information is protected and not sold.
