This is a full-time, hybrid position, located in our NYC HQ.
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role, with a proven track record of driving adoption, retention, and achieving renewal and growth targets.
- 2+ years of experience in digital healthcare services, ideally in an EHR/EMR environment, with familiarity in healthcare workflows, digital health solutions, and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, simplifying complex topics for diverse audiences.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, self-directed environments with a bias toward execution and delivering results.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them achieve their business goals and maximize the value of Healthie’s platform.
- Oversee account health and support customers in meeting target go-live dates.
- Manage renewals and identify and drive expansion opportunities.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and provide tailored product guidance.
- Proactively address risks to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Work cross-functionally with teams like Solutions Engineering, Product, and Support to address challenges and deliver solutions.
