As the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

Provide technical expertise, leadership, and creativity in major manufacturing projects to improve productivity and cost-effectiveness.
Lead the New Capital Introduction Process and Governance, ensuring proper documentation and delivery of key technical deliverables, alignment of NCI deliverables with project plans, and collaboration with product engineering groups.
Provide expertise and leadership in capital spend, governance, and performance management, including tracking performance of capital spend and process adherence, and supporting project leads with capital process execution and tracking.
Drive significant improvement opportunities in major systems and coordinate these improvements with the total plant operations.
Develop a vision and lead communications with Product and Manufacturing support groups to analyze product/process designs for feasibility and propose modifications for process/product enhancement.
Demonstrate foresight and mature engineering judgment, providing guidance and mentoring to manufacturing engineers to develop high-quality products and processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a similar discipline.
Possess expert knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques.
Knowledge of best practices and standards for improving the effectiveness, efficiency, and safety of manufacturing products.
Knowledge of processes, tools, and techniques for assessing and controlling an organization’s exposure to risks of various kinds.
Knowledge of the processes and procedures by which a change is identified, evaluated, approved, monitored, and documented in manufacturing environments.
Expertise in problem-solving approaches, tools, and techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational, or process problems.

Salary Range: $115,000 - $120,000

The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
